LLC IS COMING HOME

Laubach Literacy of Canada was born in Moncton. The movement for a Literacy Association using the principle of Each One Teach One was created by Dr. Frank Laubach, a Missionary, in the United States and had been adopted by some Canadian Centres, but it was not until 1981 that a National Canadian Association under the name Laubach Literacy of Canada came into being at a meeting held at the Universite de Moncton.

This year LLC is holding its Annual General Meeting at its founding site from June 2th to 5th. The meeting will be open to all Laubach Students and Tutors and even interested members of the public. There will be workshops dealing with subjects of educational and general interest to both tutors and students.
